Jen is a frequent presenter at key industry events, such as NAA Apartmentalize, NMHC Optech, AIM, Multifamily Social Media Summit, Canada’s Landlord WebCon, and United Kingdom Apartment Association BTR Fayre, sharing the latest trends in employee engagement, customer satisfaction, leadership development, and reputation management. She holds a Master of Science in Quality Assurance from California State University.
